Can you simultaneously develop an OOH launch strategy, implement a social media campaign, brief a media agency on a press campaign AND lead and inspire your team?

We're seeking an inspired and creative senior consumer marketing manager to lead a marketing team towards launching a mobile payments. Working closely with the CPMO on the launch strategy you will be required to execute synchronised, effective, and strategic marketing plan across ALL channels in the marketing mix. That's right ALL marketing channels.

Your ability to devise and implementing co-marketing campaigns with banks and retails will be key to success and ensure marketing plans will meet ambitious customer acquisition targets.
This role is not for the faint hearted but a fantastic opportunity to change the face of payments in the UK. You will not find an opportunity like this anywhere else.

The detailed requirements are below but briefly the client needs:
* Someone who will essentially act as a generalist marketer with senior experience in all marketing channels.
* Not just a background in bank marketing, but also retail brand experience.
* Someone who isn't't risk averse with the ability to make and carry out decisions with conviction.
* A degree is not entirely necessary as long as the candidate has exceptional experience.

The ideal candidate will:
Launch to millions consumers in 2014 using ALL channels in the marketing mix
Develop large scale co-marketing campaigns with banks and retailers
Have an interest and understanding of payments, bank and retailer marketing
Manage multiple advertising, digital and media agencies from brief creation and planning to creative campaign execution
Lead and inspire a team of junior marketers to assist in implementing the consumer marketing strategy
Be enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment, cut through red tape and be adaptive to significant change on a daily basis
A true generalist role you will be able to manage a social media campaign while simultaneously managing events and briefing in a press campaign to the media agency
Ensure the consumer marketing strategy and campaigns will hit ambitious consumer targets
Have your finger on the pulse in terms of general marketing innovation, retailer innovation, bank innovation and of course payment innovation
Develop key working relationships with other marketing peers, product development, sales and operational teams.

Experience:
Love what you do and be able to bring a passion for marketing to this role
Demonstrate positive intent in everything you do while having the maturity to manage senior stakeholder relationships and meet challenging deadlines
Generalist marketing skills with proven ability to work across all marketing channels
New brand launch experience
Background in retail marketing in either payments, financial services or retailers
Demonstrate an adaptive approach to your work, often with minimal direction
B.S. degree in business, marketing, finance, or similar concentrations.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Ability to think analytically and strategically.
