SENIOR CONSULTANT - HP OPERATIONS MANAGER - CHF500 - 630/DAY - LEADING CLIENT - BASEL
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Overall 10-12 years of IT experience in HP monitoring tools
- Experienced in implementation and installation of HP tools like HP Operations Manager (Windows) - 1 FTE, HP NNM (0.5 FTE) and HP SiteScope (0.5 FTE).
- Sound knowledge in working with HP OM policies like new policy creation, customization and modification of policies and other trouble-shooting.
- Demonstrated experience in working with HP OM SPIs, administration of HP OM Servers, OMW agents and alarms/events management.
- Co-ordinate in handing product cases with HP for any issues related with HP tools via case management'
- Experienced in maintenance and administration of HP NNM tool with tasks related with application health check- up, node addition deletion, patch management and event management.
- Provide maintenance and administration services for HP site scope tool with tasks related with application health check- up, monitor addition deletion, windows patch management and event management
- Good understanding of complex business issues and to develop and communication effective solutions with integrated monitoring products in complex business environments
- Provide overall architectural guidance
- Ensure that all actions taken during this project support the client's longer-term technology strategy
- Monitor and report the status of the project
- Facilitate and analyze requirement gathering
- Manage and address risks and issues
- Participate in resource Planning meetings
- Provide recommendation and best practices
- Execute tasks (support tickets, issue resolution for outages, etc) as necessary
