SENIOR CONDUCT RISK MANAGER

My client, a global investment bank, is looking for a senior conduct risk manager.

ROLE SUMMARY -
- Lead the development of a conduct risk approach (CRA) which delivers fair outcomes for customers and ensure its design is "future-proof" drawing on best in class practice from across the industry.
- Ensure it is translated into a practical form which can be easily adopted by the business to support their journey towards best in class conduct risk management.
- Work with colleagues in Group Risk to ensure conduct risk methodology is integrated into the existing Group Risk framework.
- Facilitate the handover of CRA change to conduct risk business partners for implementation by business areas.

KEY EXPERIENCE -
- A broad background in risk Management both from a 1st line and 2nd line perspective.
- Proven delivery of framework methodologies related to embedding of conduct risk.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS -
- Expert knowledge and understanding of Conduct Risk management and the ongoing industry developments.
- Strong understanding of Risk Management framework development techniques.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environment and importance of conduct risk within it.
- Detailed knowledge of Group policies and procedures for risk management, compliance and internal control.
