IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Enable customer-centric customer interactions across all related touchpoints through integration of relevant components
-Ensure flow of behavioural data and analytics across all relevant components on the basis of the relevant modules and vendors
-Compliance-assessment of system components (e.g. web/app analytics and engagement systems) integrated in websites and apps
-Consulting of technical integration regarding security and privacy aspects, in collaboration with Product Owners or Project Managers (technical as well as non-technical stakeholder contact)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Detailed knowledge of digital marketing and corresponding compliance questions
-Experience in privacy and security assessment based on standard procedures
-Experience in API- and Big Data-centric system architectures, incl. SaaS services from 3rd parties
-Telecommunications background
