TheAberdeenoffice was established in the early 90's and has become one of the leading independent consultancies in what is acknowledged to beWestern Europe's oil capital.

Due to a period of rapid expansion in global operations they now seek additions to their office inAberdeenin the form of a Senior Completions Engineer.

The role

The role includes working within the Production Technology Department providing completion engineering input to internal multi-disciplinary projects from design and construction to operational input, from appraisal to field development and production in conjunction with standalone project work. You must be highly motivated have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, team working and dealing with clients) and must demonstrate that you are able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards in all technical work. Sound project management experience and being able to work both independently and as part of multi-disciplined teams are very important.

Skills and Requirements

You should have knowledge of the following core competencies;

* Sand Control
* Artificial lift
* Unconventional and conventional gas
* Hydraulic fracturing - an advantage
* Tubing Stress Analysis
* Inflow and Lift performance

Education & Experience:

* Degree in an Engineering related subject
* Experience of working within an Operator and/or Consultancy
* Minimum of 10 years Operational experience, North Sea experience beneficial
