Senior Communications Manager - Commercial Banking

SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - COMMERCIAL BANKING - BUSINESS CHANGE

A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER to work on a large transformational project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.

The purpose of the role is to act as the liaison point between individual project teams & the Business Readiness and Implement team, key accountabilities include:

- Managing the activity of up to 8 colleagues who will be carrying out such activity as - understanding & documenting clientgaining sign off to treatment strategies; producing client & colleague communications.
- Understanding the various workstreams & representing BR&I on working group meetings
- Maximising the effectiveness of the team & drive synergies through having a team of people

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):

- Understanding of Commercial clients & their product types
- Comms experience within financial services
- Key stakeholder management

As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.

This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
