An excellent opportunity has arisen for candidate with string Project Management skills to join a well established and recognised organisation in the retail sector.
The purpose of this role is to support the UK Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Operations and Retail teams in order to develop, plan and execute the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly Customer Plan. This role will be crucial in managing the end to end process needed to successfully deliver the Customer Plan seamlessly across all channels.
Main Responsibilities;
* Responsible for interacting with and delivering the needs of the CSG leads and their teams in order to deliver the end to end process for Customer Plan creation
* Single point of contact for all things related to the design, development, ongoing maintenance and continual improvement of the end to end Customer Plan process for the applicable CSG(s)
* Liaise with the Heads of Departments for a Monthly, Quarterly and Half Yearly review of the end to end Customer Plan process
* Design, develop and continually revise new and existing tools
* Organize and facilitate the various meetings required to work through the end to end Customer Plan process
* Responsible for managing, chasing, tracking and reporting on all tasks necessary to fulfil the end to end Customer Plan process
* Engage/Liaise with the CSG(s), Marketing, Supply Chain and Retail Senior Leaders to ensure all of their requirements are met pre, during and post Customer Plan execution
* Liaise with the multi-channel Senior Leaders in order to create consistency of the Customer Plan when applicable and to keep all parties informed when high level decisions require a separate strategy/Customer Plan between channels
* Work closely with the Operations Business Partner for the applicable CSG(s) in order to fully integrate the communications plan into the Customer Plan
* Responsible for leading the process for new devices launches and integrating these launches across the business
Knowledge and essential skills:
* Strong project management skills
* Can demonstrate consistency in approach to task management
* Proven ability to follow a documented process and cascade a process to others
* Ability to work with and present to internal and external Senior Executives
* Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills
* Able to forge strong relationships with Senior Leaders in both the Support Centre and Retail
* Proven ability to build a strong network across the business in order to help move projects and tasks forward
* Can create buy in with cross functional teams through delivering on commitments
* Tenacious in approach while considerate of personal communication style for getting problems resolved
* History of delivering on deadlines and flexible in working approach in order to do so
* Ability to influence without authority
* A strong business acumen as well as the ability to look through the lens of the Customer
