Ideal position for a Senior Study/Trial manager with:-

* Good experience coaching, mentoring, leading a team.
* Overall solid trial experience, good study insight, working closely with international Monitoring specialists.
* Ideally you will have worked on large scale/international projects
* Mix of CRA and management experience could be advantageous.
* Proactivity, confidence, fast learning ability, minimal input required from senior management.

My client needs a confident, strong, outgoing communicator to play a key role with clients (physicians/doctors/senior medical professionals) as an experienced Study Lead/Principal CRA. You will essentially be a Clinical Study Manager who can demonstrate strong CRA skills/tasks/experience too. Very much a role for a hands-on leader, a doer, as well as strategic elements.

My client needs someone who can coordinate, lead, organise and also demonstrate reasonable awareness of CRA responsibilities/skills.
