Senior Client Relationship Manager

A Senior Client Relationship Manager is required by this market leading business in Nottingham. You will have significant experience of client management or account management; with strong stakeholder and client management skills. You will have strong management skills, and experience of successfully developing small teams. You will have strong commercial acumen and have highly effective influencing, negotiation and persuasion skills at senior levels.

Key duties:
*Development of senior client relationships in order to influence and shape client strategy
*Engagement with stakeholders to deliver key business goals and objectives
*Leading and managing a team of Client Relationship Managers
*Engagement with key stakeholders to develop and execute effective retention strategies
*Ownership and development of key client account plans
*Deliver and execute key client events
*Delivering client revenue stream to plan
*Creating and managing business line and product messaging
*supporting the business development team and sales efforts
