Senior Change Manager - Basel (80-100%)

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a SENIOR CHANGE MANAGER with proven hands-on experience in IT CHANGE MANAGEMENT in addition to the related CHANGE MANAGEMENT or ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT (OCM) CERTIFICATION.

This is a contracting role planned to start in May until the end of the year with real extension opportunities.

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

The aim of the project is to establish structured processes for portfolio and project management within Technical Operations.

TASKS:

- Design and manage global communication plans and activities
- Provide strategic vision for change management and user adoption of Planisware
- Development of training strategy and of the training itself
- Manage and facilitate workshops to ensure a strong understanding of change management principles and user adoption techniques to be deployed during the project
- Identify change management and user adoption related business issues/risks and recommend options and plans to remediate
- Implementation and adoption of CM guidelines and standards across multiple work streams within the project
- Design and manage global communication plans and activities

IDEAL PROFILE:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in change management (particularly communication and stakeholder management; at least 4 years of experience in multinational companies)
- Experience in IT change management (experience with tool implementation is preferred)
- Certified in CM (Change Management)/OCM (Organizational Change Management)/or similar (eg PMP also possible)
- Experience in training development (in the last 5 years)
- Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative, and a thinker )
- Ability to see the big picture, but at the same time do detailed work
- Experience in multi-site deployment project
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- The German language will be an advantage
