SENIOR CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:
- Day to day campaign management and planning
- Continual improvement of processes and campaign efficiencies
MANAGEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CAMPAIGN ACTIVITY:
- Liaise with Campaign Owners (Client Services/Marketing/IR etc) to ensure campaigns are planned in the calendar effectively
- Build close and effective relationships with all key internalwork with Manager to investigate and diagnose issues; assist in the provision RCA reports
- Conduct regular reviews on campaign design with business owners
- Documentation of Campaigns
- Follow QC processes across all areas of campaign delivery - ensure that QC steps have been followed by Delivery team
- Manage change control and escalate any issues or delays to delivery
- Ensure that all audit processes are followed to minimise the risk of error
- Ensure all relevant offers are deployed to the nectar websites
- Ensure that Artwork has been provided to Print and Email teams
- Assist in the proofing and checking of the data on the printed direct mail campaigns
- Schedule and prioritise analysis with offshore, monitor delivery and escalate where necessary
- Where applicable
- Monitor that bonus point awards are running to schedule
- Assist with the campaign side of application developments
- Provide guidance into creative design
- Co-ordination of campaigns with external vendors
- Liaise directly with the Sponsor/Client on operational requirements for their campaigns
- Assist Manager to collate key performance metrics for monthly report packs. Investigate report anomalies.
- Identify, develop and manage improvements to campaigns - targeting, design, testing, measurement
- Document processes
- Participate in UAT of system changes.
- Participate in key planning sessions with other departments as a subject matter expert
OTHER:
- Keep current - (market conditions, regulation, products and services, etc.) and maintain ongoing and effective communication and alignment of these with client business practices.
- Assist Manager in the coaching of junior members of team
- Conduct Induction sessions for members of other departments
- Maintenance and updating of internal systems/data reference points in agreed format to ensure consistency and communication of relevant information within the team - eg meet timelines for brief submission, timesheets, Objectives, JIRA responses
- Act as an ambassador for Campaign Services
- Any other ad-hoc projects as required
