Scope of Works

Scope A - Senior CA:GEN Analyst Programmer

Provision of the following services;

- Documentation
- Produce Maintenance Delivery Document for each release
- Produce maintenance content for release Bill Of Materials
- Oversee the delivery and review of Operation specifications produced by developers
- Oversee delivery of peer reviews conducted by developers
- Oversee the delivery and review of Unit Test output produced by developers.
- Oversee the delivery and review of Code Handover Checklists produced by developers.
- Analysis
- Assist with the resolution of issues raised by developers against TTP and CR Assessment documents.
- Negotiate the inclusion of Outstanding Work' in the appropriate maintenance release.
- Development
- Oversee the delivery of all project code deliverables scoped into assigned Interim and Maintenance projects
- Ensure all project deliverables comply with DRIVES Development and Architectural standards
- Assist developers with the resolution of technical issues raised against project deliverables.
- Mentoring Developers newly assigned to the maintenance and support releases in all aspects relevant to the maintenance delivery.
- Communication
- Communicate all issues and potential impact to respective Project Manager.
- Attend Pre- Release and Post Implementation Triage meetings.
- Release/Deployment
- Create and Assign appropriate Guardien Change Requests (GCRs) to Developers
- Manage the transition of (GCRs) through delivery life cycle
- Oversee the support of the Quality Control group during the testing phases of the maintenance projects.
- Post Implementation
- Assist with the analysis of productions issues raised during the Warranty Periods and determine if they are resultant from maintenance deliverables.
- Oversee the delivery of resolutions to productions issues resultant from maintenance deliverables.
