Parallel Consulting is currently recruiting for a dynamic, digital publisher are looking for a talented Senior C#.Net Developers to join their growing, high calibre development team.
You will be using cross-platform publishing technology to publish on smartphones & tablets, using iOS, Android & Windows 8. You will design including Microsoft Azure, .Net, WCF, Silverlight, SQL Server & Amazon AWS.
The Role:
*You develop highly performing, scalable & maintainable Back End applications & Back Office tools that integrate with Front End apps, using proprietary publishing framework.
*Based on a functional/technical analysis of the product, you will be responsible for the entire technical implementation, from technical design to development & testing.
*As a C#.Net expert you will coach & train junior developers in integrating your software modules & frameworks.
*You will take full accountability for your applications.
*You will be part of the on-call support team that ensures adequate customer support, on a rotating basis & outside office hours.
*You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends & evolutions in mobile & tablet technology.
*You will be expected to be a source of new insights that will eventually result in the development of new product features.
Requirements:
*A minimum of 3 years commercial experience with software development.
*A degree in Software Engineering, or a similar discipline.
*Excellent knowledge of C#, .NET, WCF, Web Services, XML, JSON & MS SQL Server.
*A strong understanding of high volume transaction processing & server caching.
*Experience with Front End development tools such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery & Silverlight.
