- SQL

- XML
Plusses:
- Visual Studio
- WCF
- strong analytical/debugging skills (exceptions, memory mgt)
- strong expertise in the use of developer tools/technologies
- expert knowledge and understanding of subsystems and interfaces
- CIF experience
