Senior Business Test Manager - Derivates Regulatory Compliance (3472)

For a project of our client, an international Banking company, we are looking for a

SENIOR BUSINESS TEST MANAGER - DERIVATES REGULATORY COMPLIANCE (3472)

The role offers you the opportunity to gain extensive experience of all aspects of derivatives regulatory reporting. Working as part of a highly motivated and growing team of international regulatory professionals. You will be working on a project that is part of the Global OTC Derivatives Program (GODP). It has the goal to deliver an integrated regulatory trade reporting platform for the PB & WM's global derivatives trading business. The project is based in Zurich, but has global scope.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 5 years professional testing experience in the financial Industry or regulatory environments, especially derivative products
- Experience as a Senior Business Test Manager in banking or finance environment
- Good knowledge in current regulatory developments (eg FinfraG, EMIR, etc.)
- Experience with applications like Frona Arena, Finacle Treasury, Fenics, Spades, PrimeSwap
- Well-structured working style as well as reliable and dedicated
- Ability to handle a significant number of dependencies (conceptually strong and a delivery-oriented problem solver)
- Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Good client communication skills
- Fluent in English and German

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for test strategy, planning, design, E2E execution, defect management, documentation (ALM).
- Drive exchange with SMEs and coordinate testing delivery to ensure that the needs of business stakeholders are met
- Coordinate resolution of issues raised by the end users
- Working independently under the guidance of a senior project lead
- Proactively liaise with team leaders, business analysts and senior management stakeholders
- Work with the development team to implement automated test cases
- Provide sign off on test outcomes prior to go-live
