Senior Business Systems Project Engineer

PROGRAM LEADER

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business Systems
Development of Advanced Business Systems across the company Cluster, including, but not limited to the following:
Project/Program Management
Engineering Metrics
Value Improvement Process
Technology Roadmaps
Capital Management
Cost Improvement Process Tracking and Management

FUNCTION.
Implementation of Business Systems across the Engineering Function across the company Cluster,
Integration with MD&D Systems Group to ensure alignment and standardization of "Best in Class" Business Systems
Continuous Improvement on "Best in Class" Business Systems, utilizing an iterative external benchmarking process.
Interface and manage relationships with critical business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Business Systems across the Business (Operations, Engineering, Quality, Design)

PROGRAM & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
Lead a project team for Business Systems.
Lead portfolio/governance-related process & metric standardization, development & documentation - includes but not limited to project governance, business process integration, resource activity measures and project KPIs etc.
Lead Standardized processes, well-defined portfolio measures and steadfast documentation adding value.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential
1. Degree level educated Business Systems/Engineering.
2. Subject matter expertise in resource management and financial concepts
3. Proven track record in leading significant Change initiatives that have delivered breakthrough results for an organisation
4. Minimum of 5 years overall business experience required
5. Experience with implementing and scaling Business systems

Desirable
1. MBA Business Systems or Related
2. Experience in multiple verticals across Life Sciences (Pharma, Med Tech, Bio)
3. Direct experience in managing enterprise level program/projects
4. PMP and Process Excellence Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification.
