Senior Business Manager Job

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client in CAMBRIDGE, MA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Three to five (3-5) years of Senior Business Analyst experience
- Understand all State to Federal reporting requirements relevant to spend processes
- Reconciling quarterly spend reports
- HCP preview reporting strategy
- Audit trials
- Change management and training related to State and Federal policies

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for supporting the Xpend Transparency Project by ensuring source system data quality, and managing third party vendors as it relates to spend on healthcare professionals (HCP) and healthcare organizations (HCO).
- This position will support the maintenance of the Xpend system; an aggregate spend system implemented to capture all payments to HCP/HCO and ensure compliance with the Sunshine Act.
- Responsible for successfully understanding and executing the state and federal compliance reports and will play a key role on compliance with laws, regulations, guidance, industry standards, and policies, thereby protecting the client and its employees.
- Ability to foster relationships and partner with all functional areas including internal and external associates, jointly developing compliance strategies and policies/processes and driving change management and implementation, while encouraging strong business results within a culture of compliance.
- Legal perceptiveness - Ability to review a law/regulation and identify legal question counsel to address as it relates to the laws impact to activities
- Strategic insight - Individual needs to be able to anticipate and assess business impact and changes required as a result of a new or existing regulation and enforce pragmatic and reasonable policies for the business to ensure compliance.
- Strong Communication skills. Ability to communicate to all levels of internal and external associates. Strong policy, process, and technology expertise.
- Project management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage complex projects and multiple projects simultaneously.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A Bachelor's degree, some legal and/or business education
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a pharmaceutical or other health care environment is preferred.
- Desired Experience:
- Previous Integrity and Compliance or Legal and/or promotional, event, grant, review experience, etc., knowledge of underlying legal principals regarding kick-backs and fraud and the "legal environment" vis-a-vis the pharma industry.
