Senior Business Consultant - Strategy, IT, Tax and Audit

BUSINESS CONSULTANT SENIOR ROLE:

Supporting and assisting business projects with analysis, goal definition, conceptual development and implementation

TASKS:

- Consulting and specialist expertise in all areas (except special topics) of Strategy, IT, Tax and Audit Central functions (eg HR, Risk, Finance, Real Estate, Purchasing Department, Sales Special tasks: Outsourcing, Business Intelligence, Governance, Transformation
- Implementing and evaluating studies/solutions as well as carrying out evaluations
- Consulting the project management as well as training employees in strategical technical issues
- Best Practice as well as Specialist and Market Knowledge Sharing (especially in financial services)

REQUIREMENTS:

- University of Applied Sciences, university qualification or Master of Business Administration
- Recognised qualification or certification in relevant speciality (eg HR expert with a Swiss state-recognised diploma)
- Expertise of technologies used (especially tools)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Has structured work method
- Good German and English knowledge, French would be an advantage
- Individual practical experience
- Successfully managed several major reference projects in requested consulting area for several months Worked for at least one other management consulting company

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Supporting respective project success
- Customer-specific solutions
- Reporting as per specification
- Compliance of given budget
- Overall responsibility for advisory mandate and customer relation

EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in consulting as well as in projects > 5 years
- Extensive on the job experience
