JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Business Consultant, you have the unique opportunity to join and grow with a young subsidiary in Brussels. Working in a team environment, you will participate in fast-paced projects and build expertise in analytical and critical thinking skills, business process design and re-engineering, organisation and strategy development, transformation projects and IT-related transformation.
Dimension & Scope:
As Senior Business Consultant you will work as part of a consulting team to analyse the business processes and supporting data of internal and external stakeholders to assess current performance levels and identify opportunities for improvement. You will focus on conducting detailed data analyses while maintaining a client focus. You are responsible for developing client relationships and communicating analyses results to internal- and external project stakeholders. Furthermore you will be coaching our junior consultants and will act as the bridge between the client and our (internal) IT teams, both locally and in Spain.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess client documentation related to existing capabilities, business processes, and metrics to understand the current state of the client's environment.
- Interact with both external clients and internal resources while at client site to set appropriate expectations and facilitate the due diligence process.
- Conduct internal and client-facing presentations to stakeholders from various functional areas.
- Work as a bridge between our Belgian-based clients and (abroad) development teams.
- Coach junior consultants.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Master's degree in related with a minimum of five years of experience as Business Consultant
•Experience in Organisation, Business Process Re-engineering, Transformation projects and IT-related transformation. · Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in teams. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Pro-active and entrepreneurial spirit.
•Valuing to grow with in a young subsidiary.
•Fluent in English and French / Dutch. Spanish proficiency is considered an asset.
