Senior Business Analyst X2

2 x Senior Business Analysts - 12 Month Contract - Central London

2 x Business Analysts required immediately for an international, fast growing technology business in the media and retail sector.

Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years prior experience in full systems software development lifecycle on multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated track record of delivering solutions that meet business needs.
* Proven track record in working directly with clients to define technology solutions that enable their business objectives.
* Ability to effectively lead and influence multiple levels of an organization across functional boundaries.
* In depth knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. relational databases, mainframe, client-server and web-based architectures).
* Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills including problem solving, prioritizing and interpersonal relationship building.
* Proven track record in making significant contributions to team efforts.
* Proven organization and Time Management Skills (ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines)
* Ability to work independently with little supervision and direct the work of others.
* Proficient at complex business process modelling.
* Experience working on e-commerce or payment services.
* Strong knowledge of use case development and analysis.
* Project Management skills
