Senior Business Analyst/Senior Business System Analyst

Yoh has a SIX (6) month CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY for a SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST to join our client in FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON.

KEY SKILLS:
Enterprise CRM systems (Oracle a plus), Functional specification interpretation, requirements gathering, setting up test data, and integration test plans.

Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with business customers to establish business process requirements and/or business system requirements.
- TRANSFORM FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT/DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS INTO BUSINESS ANALYSIS MODEL AND PRODUCE FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, TEST PLANS, AND SPOT SOLUTION PRODUCTION SUPPORT.
- Collaborate with business customers to define/confirm and document business requirements.
- Coordinate with architects to create/modify functional design specifications for application developers. Work collaboratively with project team members when assigned to work as a member of a team. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate and run requirements meetings with customers. Capture and document all requirements. Follow-up, as needed, to finalize the requirements.
- Collaborate with project manager to build schedules and estimates for projects. Report status to project manager, as requested.
- Validate that developed code meets user requirements. Setup test data in test environment(s).
- Develop or participate in development of integration test plans and scripts based on business case and requirements. Execute integration test. Coordinate with users on user acceptance testing.
- Provide knowledge transfer to support organization.
- Coordinate deployment into production.
- Assist user organization with change management.

Job qualifications:
- Senior level candidate who must be able to work independently, lead meetings, etc.
- ENTERPRISE CRM SYSTEMS (ORACLE A PLUS).
- Proven ability to work independently as the only project BA and to keep project progressing if PM is unavailable.
- Business process documentation.
- Business requirements definition and documentation (proven experience to work with customers on this).
- Experience with the following:
- Test plan development and coordination.
- Change management coordination and communication.
- Coordination and testing with developer to ensure solution meets requirements.
- COORDINATION OF SYSTEM INTEGRATION AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING.
- Other experience that demonstrates expertise in the Duties listed above.
