Senior Business Analyst, RBWM Finance

Business Analyst - Retail Banking & Wealth Management * Producing detailed cost reports at a global and regional levels for the CFO of RBWM * Liaising with Regional CFO's to achieve greater direct cost transparency by producing detailed cost reports by line item to aid cost base analysis. * Development of improved indirect cost reports to help control the shared cost base. * Working with HTS teams to detect and correct any charges billed to RBWM in error. * Liaising with Change Delivery teams to ensure OrderBook process is complete and in line with AOP * Creation of RBWM cost walks for quarterly LE process. * Managing the monthly cost management meetings with each of the 5 regions * Management and production of 5 Global Business Cases under RBWM, which have a 5 year cost & benefit of $500m and $1 Bn respectively. * Working with Regional and Country teams to gather accurate Plan costs and benefits. * Working with Regional Finance teams to develop Cost allocation and capture mechanisms, such as the global recharge of central PMO costs and software delivery cost capitalisation. * Analysis of costs and benefits against business cases, escalating significant variances where needed * Reporting to Global Head of Wealth Management, this consists of a single finance report which outlines overall programme performance against plan for cost and benefits as well as relevant commentary. * Producing ad-hoc analysis as required To find out more about Huxley Associates, please visit www.huxley.com
