Senior Business Analyst - Private Banking, Application Development, Co

For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, Stamford Consultants is searching for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Global Application Development projects within Private Banking and Collateral Management knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gathering and analysing business requirements for a global banking application within the Collateral Management Area
- Liaising with the business, understanding their needs and translating them into clear functional specifications
- Maintaining communication with stakeholders: IT teams, business partners, Project Management
- Being responsible for the continuous improvement of the application and ability to resolve any arising problems

Ideal Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent education
- 5 + years in Requirements Engineering
- Experience in Application Development projects, preferably based in Java
- Understanding of banking products from the IT side
- General banking knowledge
- Knowledge of collateral management is a plus
- Experience in both Waterfall and Agile working environment
- Experience in working in international teams
- Basic skills in Project Management
- Fluent English, German is a plus
