SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - OPERATIONS, CHANGE, SECURITIES - ZURICH - CONTRACT

For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are looking for a senior Business Analyst with strong background in Operations and Change Management projects in the financial sector.
You would be working closely with different teams up to the project execution phase to ensure delivery of high-quality change management initiatives within the Operations area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing and documenting processes and systems
- Assessing business requirements across various Operations functions
- Reviewing and signing off of business requirements specifications
- Handling change requests, defect analysis
- Working closely with the business stakeholders to develop target process models
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in the banking sector
- Strong background in the Operations area
- Experience with Change management projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good coordination skills
- Results oriented and proactive
- Fluent English
