Senior Business Analyst - Mortgages

My client, a leading Financial Services organisation, with an ideal location near the train station and surrounded by shops/restaurants, is looking for a motivated Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The role will see you work in a variety of new projects that will further enhance my clients product offering to the market place.

The role will see you:

- Leverage your existing Home Loan knowledge to define business solutions and operating model for the lending business
- Provide input to establishing, managing and reporting project management activities to ensure management awareness of activities, issues and outcomes
- Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business
- Act as an interface between Business and Technology to ensure that needs are met
- Facilitation of workshops with key stakeholder groups
- Prepare and/or oversee the preparation of structured user acceptance testing processes and documentation, to ensure the delivery of business requirements
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders

You will bring to the role:

- Solid experience as a Business Analyst in the AUSTRALIAN RETAIL BANKING industry, along with a thorough understanding and working knowledge of HOME LOAN SYSTEMS, ORIGINATIONS AND SERVICING FLOWS as well as substantial knowledge of MORTGAGE, LENDING OR BANKING POLICIES AND PROCESSES.
- EXPERIENCE WITH PORTAL/ONLINE PRODUCTS
- Experience in working on large, complex programs of work
- Any experience gained in a consulting background will be highly regarded
- Testing experience
