Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- The 4D Senior Business Analyst has a solid knowledge of business processes, practices, information and data needs of the métier. S/he collaborates closely with the SMEs and BPOs in order to continuously identify how the processes evolve to ensure the tool can support the processes and coordinates the business analysts’ activities on the project.
- Document “as-is“ business processes to gain a good understanding of the business landscape and proposes “to-be” processes based on business requirements, business constraints and information technology (IT) architecture and update business processes (process modeling) to meet changing business needs and ensure that they are in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Design and specify Data Model fields.
- Refine business requirements by holding brainstorming sessions, interviews and workshops.
- Build and maintain relationship with key stakeholders and acting as liaison between business and technical teams.
- Lead business testing efforts, defines test conditions, and develops accurate and complete test plans. Performs solution acceptance through functional testing.
- Support project handover to business by participating to training to users and building relevant support documentation.
- Coordinate all business analysis activities supporting the delivery of the system and implementation of new ways of working within agreed timeline and regularly reports on status of activities.
- Through thorough understanding of the business needs and requirements you can easily replace current Product Owner if needed for current project delivery and act as PO for upcoming projects.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- University degree or equivalent and Babok, ECBA or CBAP certification or equivalent.
- 5+ years of work experience as business consultant, process manager, business analyst, internal audit
- Confirmed experience as business analyst.
- Excellent communication and collaborations skills.
- Good knowledge of IT world and technologies.
- Strong knowledge of business process (including data model) with focus on sales/marketing, contract mgt and finance.
- Excellent System knowledge of CRM/ERP systems, BI Tools, Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Practical application ability with process modeling tool.
- Experience in implementing change within the business.
