Senior Business Analyst Job

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in VOORHEES, NJ.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- BMC, Remedy or Servicenow
- SOX Controls
- PMO Methodologies

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The traditional BA with Enterprise Service Management Tool experience (Remedy) will act as a liaison between business users and ITS projects during requirements gathering and analysis, process re-engineering, software configuration, testing, implementation and roll-out.
- Must have ITIL background and experience with BMC or Service Now. Should have experience with requirements gathering tools, including Arris business publisher. Will run requirements workshops and JAD sessions.
- The candidate is expected to thoroughly understand business activities to ensure technology-based projects are relevant and impactful.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must have Management Tool (Remedy) experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to absorb and present large amounts of detail through various forms of communications to any level of IT management or technical role.
- Ability to facilitate and lead discussions in a mixed technical and business team environment.
- Knowledge of common industry business requirements management tools, eg, IBM Rational Requisite PRO.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, eg, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, data base, project planning.
- Knowledge of SDLC and PMO methodologies.
