Senior Business Analyst - IT cutover Readiness/Servicenow (5382)

For aproject at our client's site, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for a

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - IT CUTOVER READINESS/SERVICENOW (5382)

You will be acting as Cutover Lead to ensure cutover readiness of new ServiceNow processes and tools by planning and tracking all activities and deliverables related to the agreed cutover readiness milestones.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- AT LEAST 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH IT CUTOVER STRATEGIES AND BEST PRACTICES
- MIN. OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGIES AND BEST PRACTICES
- SUCCESSFUL PROJECT CYCLE(S) IN DELIVERING/LEADING IT CUTOVERS
- KEEN AWARENESS & GOOD PRACTICE APPROACHES FOR IT CUTOVERS OF ENTERPRISE SCALE
- EXPERIENCE OF TAKING OWNERSHIP FOR DELIVERY OF IT CUTOVERS
- Service Management IT industry knowledge
- Knowledge of ServiceNow would be a plus
- Excellent at dealing with multiple hands-on tasks
- Great customer focus and service attitude with the ability to team work and motivate the team
- FLUENT ENGLISH - WIRTTEN AND SPOKEN

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountable for planning and tracking all activities and deliverables related to the agreed cutover readiness milestones
- Responsible for ensuring closely aligned integration with the other project work streams: especially Product, Core & Foundations who are accountable for Functions state of readiness
- Accountable for assessing and managing cutover readiness at pre-defined checkpoints
- Drive the cutover readiness of the new processes and tools in the receiving Functions
- Communicate and support the Functions expert teams, ensuring readiness for go-live with Service Excellence and Service Operations support
- Execute the cutover within the agreed time-frame with no major business interruption
- Establish Hypercare support mechanisms for go-live
- Monitor and drive issue resolution and escalate out of line situations
