Senior Business Analyst - HR International Management + Payroll Integr

Projektbeschreibung
Leading Pharmaceutical Group looking for Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of phase 4 of the project. This phase will focus on payroll integration and cost tracking implementation.
Key Responsibilities will include;
- Analysis of the payroll interface between the Polaris Global Mobility system and the in-house SAP payroll systems in Switzerland, Germany, US and China
- Analysis the Payroll interface between the Polaris Global Mobility system with payroll providers outside the organisation for selected affiliates
- Define the plan for implementation, testing and change management and delivery of the proposed solutions in 2016.
Requirements Include;
- Experience as Business Analyst in HR and IT, strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes.
- Strong understanding of assignment related cost data
- Strong understanding of data validation and the importance of this in reporting to fiscal authorities.
- An understanding of payroll reconciliation processes.
- SAP payroll experience
- Experience with Polaris Global Mobility solution
- Experience in working in a global environment
