Projektbeschreibung
The client is a large financial institution in Luxemborg with a requirement as follows:
BUSINESS ANALYST FATCA (F/M)
We are looking for a senior business analyst for a FATCA project. FATCA deals with the implementation of a new US tax regime on top and in combination of the existing US Taxation regime.
TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES AREA:
Analyse IRS publications regarding FATCA and retrieve from those legal documentation process flows and design solutions for CBL systems requirement analysis documentation (SRA)
Discuss and agree process flows and solution proposal with tax operation unit
Draft functional system requirements from agreed process flows and being the editor of the requirements document
Analyse and review SDS documentation to verify that all functional requirements are part of the designed solution
Draft functional acceptance criteria and prepare test data
Execute and verify functional acceptance criteria in PT, ST and BAT
Analyse, draft and review CRs within the project implementation phase
Contribute and assist in external and internal readiness activities
Assist and contribute to project management report preparation for senior management
Participate in Transition and Implementation
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED SKILLS:
Senior Analyst with several years experience in financial sector
Background in FATCA/QI or other tax projects (like OGAF in Germany)
Familiar and strong command in business analysis techniques
Be able to give guidance to less experienced project team members throughout the analysis process
Taking the lead in editing the system requirement document(s)
Experience in test preparation and test execution
An ability to work and produce good results under pressure within a team environment
High level of competence in Microsoft Office products (specifically
Word, Excel, Project and Powerpoint)
Aluent in English, French or German are an asset
Additional Information:
Location: Luxembourg
Starting date: ideally 1 January 2014. Contracts may be on a quarterl basis. The project duration is currently planned until 2017.
