SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST-  EDINBURGH- ASSET MANAGEMENT- UP TO £505PD

A Senior Business analyst with strong Asset/Investment Management experience is required to join a key regulatory project based in Edinburgh.

You will analyse the impact of Central Clearing Requirements under both Dodd Frank and EMIR regulations on the business model and define and implement a future state business model for monitoring/managing the performance impact.

Key deliverables will include:

- Co-ordinating the processes to identify and agree the appropriate future state business models to allow the business to comply with the regulations.
- Documenting the resulting future state business models
- Analysing and documenting the performance impact of the regulations on the SWIP business model
- Margin requirements and simulation across Clearing Houses and Clearing Members and impact on performance
- Analysing how performance is impacted as a result of changing ineligible instruments into eligible instruments

The following key skills and experience are required:

- EXPERIENCE AS A SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST WITHIN ASSET MANAGEMENT OR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
- EXPERIENCE DEFINING REVISED BUSINESS MODELS TO REFLECT REGULATORY CHANGE, AND IN SUPPORTING THE INTRODUCTION OF THESE REVISED PROCESSES.
- KNOWLEDGE OF DODD FRANK OR EMIR REGULATION
- RECENT KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS:  INTEREST RATE, CREDIT AND EQUITY DERIVATIVES; TRANSACTIONAL FLOWS AND TRADE CAPTURE PROCESSES; CENTRAL CLEARING PROCESSES; COLLATERAL MANAGEMENT PROCESSES; TRADE REPORTING PROCESSES.
- EXCELLENT STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT SKILLS
