This programme will look into how change is delivered across the group and identify opportunities for efficiencies, standardisation and cost savings.
The selected contractor will have previous experience as a Senior Analyst on a similar capability uplift programme within a large organisation. You should also possess excellent analytical skills and a thorough understanding of project delivery within a large and complex organisation, ideally financial services. Above all the ability to engage senior level stakeholders, developing strong and collaborative relationships, will be required.
