Senior Business Analyst - Capital Markets Management Consultant, Organisation Design/Target Operating Model/Process Delivery

ABOUT THE ROLE:

My Tier 1 Investment Bank client is looking for a key player to join a huge re-design of a business area. This is a Senior Business Analyst role where ORG DESIGN AND/OR PROCESS PERFORMANCE would be hugely advantageous to have, recent investment banking, complex analytical experience is a must have.

They need someone to pick up multiple, complex workstreams with different deadlines and analyse the impact of each workstream, delve into the design options and provide a contextual overview as per the TARGET OPERATING MODEL (TOM). The Stakeholders are big players in the Bank and lots of gravitas/credibility will be required when engaging with these groups of people. This is a hands-on role and the interview will focus on a candidates individual achievements as a BA first and foremost.

CV MUST SHOW:

- ORG DESIGN/OR PROCESS PERFORMANCE (Highly Desired, not essential)
- Experience in Financial Services and Management Consultancy
- Proficient in use of Project, MSWord, Excel, Access (ability to create Access SQL queries)
- FINANCIAL SERVICES and/or BIG 4 MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY
- Experience of developing TOM DESIGN PRINCIPLES aligned to vision
- Fluent in one or more of the following process tools eg SPARX ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT, ADONIS, ORACLE BPEL Process Manager, ARIS, CASEWISE etc
- Producing qualitative PowerPoint packs for Working Groups, Steering Meetings etc
- Need to understand Organisations - Structures, context, overview
- Project Delivery Focused, very hands-on
- Investment Banking, long-term project experience (must have)
