Senior Business Analyst - Brussels

Fujitsu Technology Services is looking for a senior Business Analyst. Mandatory minimum 15 years of experience and 21 years after secondary studies.

Experience with HR and Financial processes and/or SAP will be a definite plus!

TASKS DESCRIPTION:

Detail & develop the business requirements from the different parties impacted by the development/deployment of the Payment Factory concept, as documented in the Payment Factory Business Case (final version 25/03/20014) and in Payment Factory vision (final version 20/02/20014) specifically in the Marco Requirements appendix.
Referring to the envisaged 'To Be Vision' presented in the vision document (Figure 3 on pp 12), the business analyst will have to cover the specific requirements supporting the different source applications/users (HR, Salary, etc.), the functionalities of the different modules of the Payment Factory and eventually the description of the integration protocol towards Accounting & Budget systems.
In terms of tasks, this includes mainly:
- meeting, interviewing and partially representing the different business representatives (from several domains and from multiple institutions)
- developing the macro requirements into functional micro requirements
- in a collaborative mode, adapting functional micro requirements from remarks coming from the technical analysts
- manage the validation of the detailed micro requirements by the business representatives
- analyse/review/validated the technical design proposed by the solution provider (ask for clarifications/adaptations when required)
- prepare the user acceptance testing use cases (starting from the validated functional micro design, and ensuring traceability)
- gather acceptance criteria from the business
- from the micro requirements, adapt/develop the to-be processes & roles
- pro-activelly identify - report & follow up risks & issues
- structured reporting towards the functional lead & project manager

Following tasks could be included:
- support the business representatives during the execution of the user acceptance tests (play a role in the arbitrage of findings with the test manager)
- prepare the education material (to be used for user acceptance testing, to be used for global deployment)
