Senior Business Analyst - Agile (M3)

Our client, one of the largest multinational telecommunication organization located in Melbourne are looking for a strong SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - AGILE with prior experience working with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate requirements for the implementation of, or enhancements to, business processes and information systems.

Reporting to group manager and working with one of the most dynamic Agile IT and T environment in the country, this position is a Business Analyst role where you will have to:

Responsibilities:

- Identify, gather and document business requirements through consultation with the business, formal analysis and assessment of needs
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand their issues, needs and expectations and the elicit requirements
- Maintain a close working relationship with Business Stakeholder Representatives
- Work closely with project managers, systems architects, chief designers, test leads, team leaders and team members

Skills & Experience:

- 10+ Years of experience as Business Analyst
- Demonstrated practical experience working on AGILE projects
- Extensive experience with multiple projects in the online domain
- Ability to identify and document functional and non functional requirements
- Experienced in facilitating and coordinating workshops involving multiple parties in multiple locations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to timelines
- Proven delivery record on projects in a complex & large organisation
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of the group, business stakeholders and the technical teams (internal and vendor)
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Agile methodology/environment is mandatory for this role.
