Senior Business Analyst

One of our clients in the financial services industry is searching urgently for a Senior Business analyst to take on a lead position on a brand new Global Initiative within Business Records Management.

This aim of this strategic Programme is to launch and implement a brand new digital Archiving system that can be rolled out in all global locations. Of course, this is a Regulatory and compliance driven project and this therefore will impact all business areas and functions.

LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Designing and syndicating the governance, operating model, and processes for the future RIM Organization
- You are maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with our local/regional Compliance Functions ensuring local regulatory and compliance nuances are considered in our designs
- The mandate to streamline and standardize our CS internal RIM processes as well as the governance and operating model with involved 3rd parties
- An opportunity to innovate and provide cost effective and regulatory compliant RIM services and processes on a global scale

LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Exceptional skills as a Senior or LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST
- Proven Track record working on LARGE REGULATORY DRIVEN PROJECTS WITHIN GLOBAL Environments
- Solid experience working on DATA MANAGEMENT on either migration/integration/aggregation Projects
- Strong Experience on PROCESS DESIGN, Organisational Design, TOMS etc
- Ability to communication with Senior STAKEHOLDERS at C Level
- Feels comfortable leading other Business Analysts

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

- Records Management Experience
- German language skills
