-Desired: Summarizing for management presentations
-Knowledge of Real-Estate and Facility Services
-Organizing project meetings, responsibility for meeting minutes
-Very good organizational skills and ability to work independently
-Team player, ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
-Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
-Ability to deal with variable workload
-Fluent in English, German nice to have
-Strong MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Office) skills and documentation skills
