Harvey Nash is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a technical project of 8 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for a Business Analyst having Project Management experience for planning, organizing and coordinating all the activities required for adapting the Human Resource landscape to the changes driven by changes into Finance and Procurement systems
You are responsible for
. Coordination and alignment of the local Hub activities and Global Hub activities to ensure successful preparation, implementation and data transformation
. Preparation and supervision of the data transformation with the respective servicing organisations
. Coordination of impacts between the concurrent initiatives
. Partnering with HR cross-stream teams to ensure alignment with other projects and activities
. Central co-ordination needed for stakeholder, planning, collecting issues as main accountable person for all HR changes related to those transformation projects
Requirements
. Successful experience in complex project management, in a cross functional area (Minimum 5 years)
. Very good understanding of SAP ERP: HR (Minimum 5 years) and SAP FI (if possible) in order to bridge and connect both topics.
. Experience in working in a global environment
. Able to work with virtual teams
. Strong written and oral communication skills
. Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
. Knowledge of change control as it relates to application systems
. Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implements, and support applications
