Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst required by Whitehall Resources for a 2 month contract which will be based in Sweden for a major programme of work within the Retail sector.

Statement of Assignment/Tasks:

The scope of the role is to assist our customer in Drive the Change Request process to secure the development and launch of necessary enhancements of our customer's website.

The main tasks in the assignment will be:
- Analyze requirements from Stakeholder;
- Create Business Requirement Specifications;
- Interact with ITSA and developer in the design of the solution;
- Drive the change request process and follow-up progress;
- Review the outcome at Demos and in conjunction with BAT;
- Document the requirements in repository in Project Place;

The consultant shall have the following profile.

Knowledge:
- Good knowledge in web technology, usability and functionality;
- Experience in writing requirements and driving Change Requests from business need to deployed functionality;
- Fluent in English (written and vocal);

Experience in:
- Ability to work on your own as well as within a team;
- Ability to drive activities towards the target;
- Analytical thinking;
- Strong experience with MS Office;

Required skills:
- Driving the need from Stakeholder through to the deployed solution;
- Achieving results in time with correct performance and quality;
- Experience from web technology, usability and functionality;
- Experience in writing requirements and driving Change Requests from business need to deployed functionality;

Preferred skills:
- Previous working experience from our customer;
- Knowledge in using ClearQuest (CQ);
- Knowledge in using Project Place;
