In addition to gathering requirements and documenting you will be assisting in the preparation of business cases and market investigation documents such as EOI's and RFP's.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Strong background working in Human Resource systems projects across the public sector or similar organisations
- Solid experience in developing business requirements and specifications in relation to HR systems
- Experience in preparing tender documents
- High level communication skills (ability to establish and foster good working relationships within the technical and non technical teams)
