We are currently looking for a motivated technical leader with a very strong background in telecom antenna design from concept, simulation, development, verification and trouble-shooting for mass production. The candidate is expected to have a good mix of theoretical and practical design skills; He/She should both lead and participate in the design and development of prototype RF/antenna systems. Initially he/she should be able to work on the cutting-edge technology in multiple areas, including antenna arrays for large scale MIMO applications, super wideband antennas for base stations. These cutting-edge technologies can be either carried out by himself/herself or introducing collaboration with professors of world class universities. Mandatory qualifications: 5+ years experience in an innovative research environment after the last degree is obtained. Knowledge in beamforming and large scale MIMO array antenna system implementation. Familiarity with Ansoft HFSS. Experiences in design of several different sorts of antennas, such as antennas for base station, radar, handset and satellite, etc. Hands-on experience of measuring and characterizing antenna performance, both in field and in anechoic chambers is desirable. Good communication skills and fluent in English. Qualifications in the following areas are preferred: Theoretically-skilled for electromagnetic calculation and antenna array calculations Familiarity with standard numerical analysis and design tools such as CST Microwave Studio, MATLAB, etc. Successful record of commercial products from research, development to mass production. Strong network in industry, academic and research within antenna field, particularly for telecom application. Research record in compact low profile antennas, PCB patch antenna, wideband antenna and so on. Good knowledge and thinking in telecom antenna history, today's technical challenge and trends.
