Senior Brand Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-You analyze the brands landscape and develop a stringent brand strategy to consolidate and structure the brands accordingly
-You assure that the various subsidiaries are in line with the overall marketing strategy and brand
-You elaborate which initiatives the organisation will engage in based on the maximal impact and on the contribution to our brand Besides that you will also work on the positioning of the organisation's franchise brand
-So to summarize you will develop and manage the organisation's brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brand´s equity
-You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders like e.g. agencies to develop further and ensure consistent implementation of the brand design, tonality and messages across all touchpoints, on - and offline

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-You have excellent strategic and analytical skills to keep the overview over the complex organisations's brand landscape
-You will need exceptional communication skills to convince other stakeholders of your ideas and for the alignment with all involved stakeholders
-Informed experience in a similar role as a brand or project manager with an international focus
-To successfully sell and validate your ideas, it will help to be strong with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
-As we are a multinational company the role requires an excellent command of the English language
