Senior Brand Communications Manager - Cosmetics (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Co-develop and deliver the global advertising strategy on Cosmetic products together with GBF Men as a key part of the overall marketing strategy; using the consumer segmentation, touchpoint journey and various sources of data (media reports, social listening, Google trends etc.)
- Lead the creative development of advertising campaigns as single point of contact of the agency partner for Brand & Product Campaigns, and work closely with respective key partners in agile sprint teams e.g. brand teams, consumer journey experts, advertising production, regional marketing and agencies to ensure creative excellence, country relevance and building the brand at the same time
- Monitor external trends and developments in the world of communication and technology and feed in new ideas and continued best practice
- Oversee budget allocation for the development of creatives and be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgets, agreed timeframes and quality standards

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- International mindset, fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Experience in handling campaigns
