Senior Billing (RBM/Infinys) Implementation Consultant/Architect

Senior RBM/Infinys billing Implementation Consultant/Architect required for a 12 month project in Saudi Arabia. You will require an expert level of understanding of RBM/Infinys systems design, development and implementation within Telecom environments.

You will require the following experience.

- Extensive experience in T1 Telecom environment with a proven record of delivering large scale Billing implementations and migration projects.
- Hands on experience implementing RBM/Infinys Billing system to Telecoms companies.
- Detailed understanding of Telecoms market including Mobile, Data Services, wire line, MVNO, MVNE, Smart Payment systems. As well as current market trends.
- Hands on experience of RBM Billing API as well as Rating and Billing catalogues.
- Extensive design & solution architecture experience with ability to demonstrate from previous project delivery.
- Extensive experience working with customers, projects managers, business analysts and   delivery teams to provide design authority leadership and governance.
- Solid understanding of enterprise and Service Orientated Architecture.
- Understanding of CRM, Mediation and EAI integration with billing.
- RBM performance optimization experience for high volume telecom real time & batch transactions/events.
- Strong verbal/technical writing skills.
- Awareness of eTOM & TOGAF frameworks
