SENIOR BACK OFFICE ENGINEERS NOC - DENMARK 

Several Back Office Experts (for RAN 2G 3G 4G, CS  PS Core and OSS) are needed for one of our 
international clients in the Telecommunications arena, on contractbasis in Copenhagen for a 6 months 
project. We are looking for Ericsson experts on the operations (not rollout!) side who have experience in O-Call-Duty. 

Responsibilities: 

?second line maintenance for specific network elements
?Test all new software and hardware releases for first application (Test Bed) 
?Roll out tested SW releases and work orders throughout the whole network
?Network element surveillance based on alarms, statistics measurements to discover malfunctions 
and recurring disturbances 
?Correct all problems detected and ensure the correct handling of future similar issues. Maintain 
lesson learned database. 
?Liaise with field services engineers to work on faults at the remote sites. 
?Follow-up to close out and record data on faults found in the network 
?Perform network operations center routines as defined and ensure required updates to improve the 
operational service quality.  
?Perform preventive maintenance of network elements. 
?Implement continuously modifications to existing operations support systems to optimize the fault 
finding or to support new products and services 
?Responsible for interfacing between the operations and maintenance 
?Organization and the vendors technical assistance center 
?In the case of emergency or major events, back office personnel are to act immediately, prioritize for 
trouble shooting and restoration of services 
?Follow up with lesson learned database update and organize trainings 
?Generally supports all technical issues that arise in the operations and maintenance organization 
?Ready to learn and understand operations of Huawei network elements 
?Personal is measured for performance based on MTTR, successful ORT, knowledge transfer, success 
rate of WO implementations and alarm reduction success in respective area.  

REQUIREMENTS: 
?Technical University degree in Computer science or Telecommunication 
?Experience: minimum 4 years experience in similar function working with Ericsson network elements 
and 6 years in telecommunication operations strong background in their specific competence area 
E/// RAN, Core, OSS 
?Able to provide on-call-duty for troubleshooting 
?Capable to work in an international environment 
?Able to manage the CORE or BSS network, plan the work orders, prioritize tasks 
?Have a proactive attitude towards all the network related issues 
?Be able to maintain quality and professional change control 
?Be very organized in task management 
?Leadership skills in organizing network wide projects 
?Good documentation skills capable to describe complicated technical issues 
?Able to perform under stress and carry the responsibility, prioritize  
?Computer knowledge: Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc 
?Fluent English is a must, Danish is an advantage
