Senior BA SAP MTC Collections Job

SENIOR BA METER-TO-CASH SAP IS-UTILITY needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in multiple locations including Cherry Hill NJ. Work will be split between 3 locations Alton Il, Cherry Hill NJ and Hersey PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the successful delivery of the break/fix, enhancement, reporting, data and configuration items owned by the CIS BA Team (CRM, Billing, Device, Credit & Collections).
- Identify and define customer requirements for RICEFW & configuration items approved by Governance.
- Create the functional designs for RICEFW items approved by Governance.
- Transition functional designs to the development team to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements and design. Collaborate with the development team as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Build and test configuration when requested by the Business. Gain Business approval of configuration changes. Work with the deployment teams to ensure the configuration is successfully moved to Production.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Business Process Designs, Functional Designs, ARIS Workflows
- Ad hoc queries as requested.
- User Acceptance testing.
- BPEM resolution.
- Required Water Utility implementations.
