Senior BA Banking

A global bank has a Lead Business Analysis contract opportunity available.

You will need to enjoy working within a fast paced environment across a wide range of stakeholders and functions, with commercial banking/finance central MI exposure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The role will be to support this function by- - Understanding requirements of the project
- Communicating requirements of the project effectively & building relationships to ensure delivery
- Ensuring inputs to the project are of the required standard, including qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Ensuring outputs are clearly understood and explained to downstream users
- Managing relationships with stakeholders
- Supporting the project team to deliver aspects of the project

CAPABILITIES

- Ability to build effective relationships in a short space of time
- Ability to review, assess and present processes
- Experience of working with and understanding IT systems & processes
- Ability to identify and articulate proposals for change
- Experience of working in Finance
- Familiarity with banking products and activities
- Customer focused
- Flexible and embraces change
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally Visio
- Knowledge of CB Finance systems and technologies would be a distinct advantage

This role will be based in Bristol.
