Senior Audit Advisor

An advisory firm for private equity and endowment-style funds is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Advisor to support essential business issues, and provide objective risk insights and assurance for governance and management. This person will contribute to the audit practice, under the department head, in the following areas: risk assessments, audit project management, audit execution, and audit documentation for various audits and other risk-based projects across operations, financial and compliance areas of the business. The Senior Advisor will develop documentation of key business processes to effectively execute and document audit program requirements, leveraging technology and internal resources for efficiency. A Bachelor's degree and CPA or CIA are required, and 5 years of audit experience is preferred. Sound business judgment and strong communication and project management skills are essential.
