Senior Associate Commercial Analysis (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Prepare and interprete sales and market analysis, enabling the organization to have overview of the local market, insights from national, regional to brick level
- Improve existing and create new models and reports for pharma market analysis
- Develop, at the direction of the Business Unit (BU) and in collaboration with the other team members, market and financial analysis in support of the product strategy
- Improve respectively develops an appropriate BU forecasting model and prepare with the other team members the proposed Budget / Forecasts
- Coordinate implementation of systems and process initiated on both a European and an affiliate level (e.g. CDM/Tableau)
- Proactively drive strategic and innovative approaches to maximize the use of available primary and secondary data sources and transform data into actionable information and recommendations

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strategic thinker with ability to formulate, develop, write and execute market analysis and business forecasts
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with, focus, and drive consensus among individuals from a variety of cultures, and disciplines (medical, finance, licensing, sales, marketing)
- Advanced programming skills (e.g. VBA)
- Quick learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Works accurately, independently and reliably on own projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing at all levels
- Creative problem solver
- Business professional with capacity to grow and learn, self aware, emotionally intelligent
- Ability to handle high complexity and fast paced environment
- Accurate and organized
- Fluent in German and English
