For our customer we are looking for a Senior Android app developer

We are looking for a senior app developer with the following skills:
Very strong Android skills. iOS skills a plus.
Attention to detail, and genuine interest in user experience
Passionate about writing maintainable and testable code
Agile mindset and strong communication skills

Required skills
Android development
Git
Experience with TDD and BDD with Cucumber or similar
Jenkins, Xcode Bots or other CI tools
REST and JSON

Preferred skills
Experience with design/ux
Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web development tools
Experience with Kanban and/or Scrum

Responsibilities
Work tightly together with UX people in the team to design and develop apps.
Design and build advanced applications for the Android, iOS and WP platform
Work together with the rest of the team to improve the development process, from idea to production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and API's
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Personal characteristics
The developer will be part of our App team and work closely together with our UX designer, business experts and other developers in the team. Candidates must have great communication skills and be able to work together with a diverse group of people in an agile way.
